Poor little mousey, all she wanted was to have a relaxing swim after work. Unfortunately, Salina had other ideas and turned out to be a far more competent swimmer. She can wriggle all she likes in there, she will not be getting out. Soon enough she will be broken down into nutrients and used as fuel by the feline's powerful body. After all, swimming burns a lot of calories and Salina needs to replenish that energy somehow.

It's good for a feline to show a rodent their proper place and all but doesn't she know you're not supposed to swim after eating? Hehe

That's just an urban legend spread by prey to keep themselves safe. Anyway, she's not swimming after eating, she's doing both at the same time.

I'm sure all that exercise will help speed up digestion. So don't worry little mouse, you won't be alive much longer to suffer!

I'm sure that will be a great comfort to her.

I just realized, she's swimming less than an hour after eating.

As above, that's just what prey tell people to discourage predators. Don't fall for it, swimming pools are a great place to pickup prey.
