This is my first attempt at writing a Pokemon story, and I plan on doing more of these, specifically with these two.

But there are a few rules to go along with this setting so in order to add to the allusion of the story there are the givens for what I call my 'Integrated Pokemon World'.

1) Pokemon and humans speak the same language.
2) Digested prey's consciousness resides in the predator that ate them, and can be made into sentient fat, put into a dream world, or revived at any time by using a reviver seed.
3) Pokemon and humans are more-or-less equals.
4) The consumption of others isn't viewed as strange.
5) Psychic Pokemon can shrink defeated or willing prey.

I believe those are the major ideas with this setting, the rest can be picked up upon or inferred by reading.
