My headcannon is Sui stole the shirt from some old thrifty costume shop. She goes out partying and getting wasted, she attempts to eat some people but whenever she gets close to someone and looks around...they're gone, however she still feels full. Turns out the shirt is sort of bonded to her, creating a jack-o-lantern mouth on her belly to gobble folks up instead.
