1: just stashing a robot away. Pesky things.

2: You need a special height-adjustable bed when you're constantly this big. She's sleeping her meal off.

3: Eating lunch. Lunch is important. Even when you already have over a dozen robots clinking and digesting in your belly. And like everybody else, she doesn't like to be interrupted during lunch.

4: To save ammunition, the people had a chivvy. They chased a lot of smaller monsters into one direction, where the beasts would have to jump down a small ledge that they could not see beforehand. Beneath that ledge, Falah stood waiting, holding her maw open as wide as she could. The monsters would jump down the ledge and directly into her waiting maw. The raised standpoint gave her belly a lot of room to trap all the beasts that found their way into her stomach. (monsters not shown, just placeholders)
