Mizzy is based upon a fun scenario me and Momiji devised, where Sheltem and Vivian either adopt (or kidnap) Momiji, and regress him the full 9 months into their own daughter.

Never let it be said that Vivian isn't a good mother. As her kin, Mizzy might be immune to her normal regressive antics, but that just makes grounding have that much more impact.
