Emci is a rare serpent like wyvern with cybernetic legs to get around, his one goal is to conquer the universe, he gains his strength by consuming the souls of the those he has slain, Emci is unable to breathe fire, however his claws glow from an internal heat making them hot enough to melt the strongest of metals. It's theorized he forged the cybernetic enhancements using such heat.
