At this point, being invited to dinner by two predators should only leave the question of which one of them will eat you, for certain people, like Bantam there - his surprise is quite strange.
Restrainment is important for all prey, however, even for a frail crow with dulled talons and clipped wings - pinning his limbs and wings down with tailcoils and gagging him with dragon toes will make for a nice tight roll of prey, ready to be swallowed easily.
The meal cannot be coiled all the way through, however, and once the eating of it begins, it has to be held in a less general ways than coils - luckily, Baera has just the thing, with thick arms and large paws to hold the bird to his chest while gently guiding his limbs down into my maw. A proper hold will also prevent overly loud vocalizations from the crow, which could be distracting.
Once its wings and shoulders are past the lips, his fate as prey is sealed, and he can be savoured to a certain extent, and perhaps even given a little friendly kiss for its trouble - Bantam does not seem to thrilled by the gratitude from his predators yet, what with all that cawing, but he will come around, I am certain.
And so he has, even if it took a dragon tongue down his beak to convince him to quiet down and enjoy his time. The snake tongue strangling his throat may have helped in quieting him down too, as well as pushing him deeper toward his destination, down and within...
The smothering walls of esophagus claim him easily, in the end, kneading all resistance out, straightening him out and pacifying any attempts at clawing at the rolling folds of flesh, or uselessly extending his wings and kicking his legs. The pliable flesh all around Bantam will swallow and absorb most motions in general, and the thick walls of muscle around him will hide any caws and whimpers - all the useless resistance only achieving exhaustion and pacification, among the warm ever-present fluids of snake interior. Soon enough, the tenderizing pushing and shoving of the folds of muscle will take him over, and the little air he has been re-breathing over and over will run thin, and he will succumb...
Baera can rub the bulge the bird is inside, in the meantime. That will help with the soothing smothering subjugation of the prey.
The bird is Bantam
The dragon is Baera
The serpent is myself
