Priscilla is a high born dragoness from a society that developed the use of "magic" through harnessing the power of their citizen's minds. After showing great mental fortitude and intellect at a young age, Priscilla was placed inside one of the ruling class's "brain trusts", a collective hive mind that harvested each subject's brain power to carry out larger demands at the design of a director. Due to the vast amounts of mixed thoughts and brainwaves, Priscilla's mind and body were altered to their current state, leaving her with an extra appendage that functions as both phallus and vagina. Her escape left a scar on her back which still carries a small pool of collective intellect that she can use for bursts of "magic" and regenerate over time. Her time as a captive has left her submissive despite her height and fierce appearance.

Her "breeding phallus" functions as both penis and vagina/entrance to her birthing organs. However she can only become impregnated when it's retracted. If it's extended the sack will follow it and create viable 'semen'. She can still receive through it while extended just not be bred through it.

Due to Priscilla's submissive nature she's a very large prey character but can be commanded to be a pred. She mostly always listens to Slim and only hurts other creatures if commanded or they enjoy it.
