Yeah... Cell is going to regret absorbing Anna should what happens next fall under Rule of Funny. She will ultimately be "Too Spicy for Yog Sothoth" the second Cell transforms... because he will transform into Anna. Cell will then go on to be a powerless voice in Anna's head that will ultimately fade into her subconscious while Anna goes on to be the most powerful Anna ever and use that power to single-handedly raid the most dangerous ancient ruins in the multiverse for treasure to sell in her shop.
