If she's a witch of time does that mean she can go back in time and eat the same prey over and over?

Haha, not quite. That would honestly take too much time & energy to channel that kind of power, but she can "pause," lightly rewind, & partial fast forwarding. She does however have a friend that can reform & enjoys being eaten.
