Basic thing here is that Del forcefully slipped Wes a couple of those growing micros, now he's in a near food coma like state after having them revert back to their full size and can't really handle them since he doesn't want to eat people at all but was forced into it
Plus Delirio isn't helping out either by smushing himself against Wes' gut and adding to the pressure, poor thing />3>\
