Uh not 100% sure where you're talking about but it can be done with all kinds of vore and absorption. Heck even just turning an opponent into magical enchanted clothing and absorbing it through contact could be a fun enjoyable way to do it.

If a boy gets a soul gem he basically can blackmail her and do whatever he wants with her. He can't use magic to effect it, but even just rubbing it has various effects. For most girl's it causes deep pleasure when rubbed and makes them weak in the knees and helpless. If it breaks they will soon die unless someone very powerful can help them bind a new gem. Same thing if it's eaten, except a part of their soul is binded to the devourer.

If someone is killed, can they be resurrected using their soulbound items?

It's currently idealized, but it wouldn't be easy at all and require a lot of power. Not to mention a resurrected person would be a fraction of their former self. Weaker,possibly even smaller or younger. Also unless they were incredibly strong or had a lot of "Spirit" they wouldn't be able to bind again.
