Any chance these slug swallowing Naruto girls are part of some sort of story or something? Would love to see something showing more of the story behind these pictures and why Katsuyu is doing this, or what happens to the girls after being enveloped.

Shouldn’t stop you from making something of it. It doesn’t need to catch on with others as long as you are enjoying the process of making up such choices and scenarios.
Well then can you tell me this: Are the slugs eating each girl all the same slug, and if so does that mean their all getting crammed against each other inside the slugs body, or are they all being enveloped by separate slug bodies?

Katsuyu can make multiple of herself so they are eaten by a different one, but the same as well.
