I really wanted to draw a picture of a rooster who's also some kind of 18th century aristocratic / middle class gentleman. He's posh and prideful but also petty and salty full-grown bird. The fox is openly excited (aroused, even) and happy to pamper her prey with consideration and respect, she gives him a deluxe treatment by plucking him and wrapping him in foil.

Even though the fox doesn't hide her motives, the rooster has difficulties to comprehend he's actually going to be cooked in oven and eaten by her. She feels somewhat affectionate towards him and is taking such a good care of him that the situation is a little bit confusing for both of them.
