She had worn the dress for a little while, and its form was such that she could comfortably transform back into her more natural physique - allowed to stretch her legs in her own home, enjoying how the dress felt. She kept it on, it just felt so nice against her skin, she just couldn't bring herself to take it off.
Alas, when it came time to take a shower she went to remove it... was it covering more of her than she remembered? She didn't even feel any difference. The realisation of a numbing sensation clinging to her body, she gasped as she realised it was spreading, and growing, like a liquid goop yet it was spreading more like an oil than water. She shuddered, the material seeping into the crevices between her chitinous plates, spreading over her and sealing over her tightly - what was she going to do!? She tried to tug at it, to rip it off her body, but her fingers just sank into it!
