The beanstalk, being a magical plant, grows at a phenomenal rate. It soon fills Titania's rectum, and grows upwards into her colon. Jack has no choice but to grab on for the ride.

The powerful branches of the beanstalk probe around Titania's bowels as they force their way through her lower digestive tract.

Titania, meanwhile, becomes aware of a pain deep in her lower belly, as something seems to be filling her up from the inside.
