Titania looks on helpless as bulges appear around her abdomen. It feels as though her colon is being forcibly stuffed from the inside. The bulges pile up in the lower right part of her abdomen. She experiences a sudden pain, as her mysterious tormentor seems to be stuck.

The beanstalk keeps growing all the way around Titania's colon, filling it up as it goes. It's size stretches the walls of her large intestine to the limits of their capacity.

Jack has traveled with the smaller shoots at the front of the beanstalk, and sees the ileocecal valve up ahead. This is the sphincter between the large intestine and the small intestine, and normally stops anything from moving back into the small intestine.

Jack watches as the beanstalk sends forward powerful shoots, which thrust through the sphincter, and pull it open with ease. The muscles of the sphincter quiver, but they are helpless to prevent the beanstalk from passing through.

Titania gasps, as the unknown thing inside her suddenly pushes through even deeper into her belly...
