Titania's stomach is filled to capacity with wriggling, squirming beanstalk shoots. The muscular walls are stretched out and unable to grind their load. They feebly try to contract to expel the beanstalk as vomit, but they are so strained they can't exert any force.
The beanstalk advances irresistibly, and Titania gags weakly as it begins to push through her esophageal sphincter.
