Zero two has always tried to find the darling she lost a long time ago. After she has finally found him, the squad members prevent them from meeting again. Zero two has had enough, so she decides to get rid of them by swallowing them. Now with them all in her belly, she can finally meet her darling without being intervened.

Why not eat the mechs too, and then when the baddies came and people complain about how they can't fight them, she can eat the baddies too, and then the town for complaining.
