It what way confusing? It is a classic ending trope, where the main character finds that it was all a dream.....but then something happens after waking up that then makes him think, "Am I still dreaming?"
It leaves off with a little loose end for the reader to ponder, something like, "Is he still dreaming? Or is it real life now and it was just a coincidence that things that he is seeing certain things when he wakes up? Or is it real life and his dream is prophetic and what happened in his dream might actually happen?"

im confused on what was happening whether it was a dream, some kind of regen scenario, or if this is some kind of Ground hog day infinite timeloop.
Don't get me wrong, I love the story, I just can't figure out whatt exactly was hapenning lol

I really don't know how else to explain it. As I said, it is and ending trope that leaves the ending in a state that gets the reader wondering what could be going on. Basically, the reader can decide what they think would be the most fun explanation for themselves.
