I felt like Raechell needed a tavern co-owner. So this is her husband! The two get along well, both being reformers and flexible in terms of the dominant/submissive position. They love the idea of an open relationship, so long as at the end of the day they still love each other.
Adrian is crazy strong, and always keeps a look out for safety of patrons. Him and Raechell own a tavern for adventurers after all, a very unpredictable lot. Ever feel unsafe at the Gambler's Rest? Order a twinkling shot from Adrian, he'll sort things out.

I like to imagine he met Raechell at a rock concert, saving her from a moshpit and awkwardly waiting outside her hospital room. He's a sweetheart.
