This is "Scout". She's a draco-snake. A short snake but her tail is made out of stiff horn "fins", that she can move or stand on. It can also be used as a sharp weapon, but she prefers a spear for the long reach.

Scout lives in a harsh world. She is protecting the borders for her clan and makes sure, that none of the other tribes passes over. Most clans are mortal enemies and it is not uncommon for one dracosnake to disappear down the gullet of the scout of another enemy clan. They are well known to swallow their prey (animal or enemy) whole.
