A beautiful, yet powerful no-nonsense sensei/professor that even her own demon students fear. Will not hesitate to punish any students should they horribly fail or go completely out of line with certain assignments. Rather she enjoys it or finds it a drag is anyone's guess.

Within her Civilian/Human form she takes a role as a teacher and guidance counselor but still maintaining her cold and strict nature yet will be somewhat sincere in her own way when it comes to talking with them regarding their personal problems.
It is unknown to what her true dragon form is like.

The only person close to Cynthia is a fairy named Vi she once conveniently saved years ago. The fairy then solemnly took this as its oath to be the Cynthia's personal servant much to the dragon's protest at first.

Loves: Quiet places, anything that's cold, and sleeping whenever given the chance
Neutral of: Destroying random worlds or cities rather through her true form or her own magic.
Hates: Anything she deems an annoyance to her rather it's human, demon, angel or even the God's related
