The moogirl in this picture is a character created by Rayen using the design of Spectre for reference. She was created for me awhile back but I never ended up posting any pictures since Ray put her up on their tumblr, I looked for her pictures in their livestream folders but couldn't spot her pictures.

Still, as a compromise in case pictures of her were posted on Eka's, I'm only going to post paid for commissions involving this character... and I'm unlikely to draw her myself without a proper reason since she's basically a female lookalike who's her own person.
