Priscil Ayvo is noble centaur that live in world with vary strict laws. and well non centaurs in her world cant be noble XD so they are looked down on as servants and slaves etc

also law is done in more penal fashion if u get what i mean in public displace

my centaurs also live like up to max of 1000 years XD and can bear humanoid children and well as centaur ones xP but humanoid still be seen as lesser even if child of centaur x3
