I wouldn't mind seeing a continuation of this where Ocellus is able to get into silverstream's intestines and work her way out, transforming back once out and the story ending with Ocellus telling Silverstream what happened, but saying that she wouldn't mind having another full tour sometime, just with a spell in place to protect her next time, maybe even offer an inside tummy rub. A next time after that story ends would also be interesting to read.
