Originally just meant to be another version of https://aryion.com/g4/view/483119 with smaller prey, but it quickly spiraled out of control. Can't say I'm upset, though!
More Twilamia shenanigans; I really love this purple snakehorse, but I do wonder if more than a couple days of gradually increasing tightness is pushing it...

True, after the prey's initial struggle, the lack of muscular use can lead to some atrophy. (But who's to say there can't be pleasure squirms after they adjust to being inside?) Perhaps some physiological functions of the prey are conveniently and temporarily altered while they're inside, though, magical influences and all. Once they're back out, it'll be like they weren't eaten in the first place!
