Well if we view the YCH1 as Jessie catching the little guy under his foot, this would have the bully realizing he's missing dinner, deciding to have some filler to tide him over. He absolutely loves the dangle, letting the the little guys sorta see where their going. Its part of the flavor experience after all, and you don't get a stomach like that not being gourmet.
