Bit of a meme here...

I had a friend (who is what we would refer to as a normie, doesn't do all the kinky shit we do ay) request that I turn an already meme of a character into a lewd.

So essentially Regina is the metal cart from Metro: Last Light of the Metro series... Another artist somewhere turned it into a sort of anime/manga stylised character...

So I went that step further... as you do... to make her lewd.
