Due to school budgetary issues failing and delinquent students were to be used as an alternative food source in compensation for teacher salary cuts. This new school policy of alternative disciplinary action has drastically improved test scores while also making sure no teacher goes hungry due to budget cuts.
Here we see Ms.Donner applying a digestive detention on a student who was texting in class. Her meal gives intermittent kicks, the student's struggle proving once again that teaching is a thankless job. The former pupil's squirming proves futile though, the schoolchild's small frame only gives slight strain to the much older Ms.Donner. Even as food the student refused to be obedient.
