Here we have Jessica from Dragon Quest VIII having a most... awkward encounter with a Creme Caraslime that ended with quite the stomachache.. and more than a few pounds on her figure and levels in sexiness.

Art is not mine but something I commissioned from Cross-Crescent a couple months back. I just colored it.
