This is a tale set in a land like ancient Japan. This is an attempt to write in the style of a legend even though this story is invented from whole cloth. I took liberties with some of the lore about yōkai, but much is based on actual legends.

The character of Nina was created by and belongs to allihserf. Check his stuff out!
