The Mew species have existed since the dawn of life on the planet.  Their kind have been the source of all Pokemon.  It makes sense that Prima's body was made for it.  Given her body's flexable form, she can be adjust her size loosness to match any potential mate.  Though she does have a pension to go just what's needed.  Even after all these decades in this world, she always have quite a lustful drive.
