So yeah, it's probably been too long coming to actually get the more official reference sheet posted up on Eka's so people have an idea of who the cray cray cyborg gal actually is. Done by the wonderfully talented HungrySuccubus this ref details all those little visual cues you need to know about Karyn. Gal's got... at least a hundred pages of backstory, past experiences, various forms, body mods etc, but this is who you're dealing with like 85% of the time. Which is also her approximate prey preference.

She's from the webcomic Dresden Codak, and like Karyn, she's of asian anscestry (originally thought to be japanese, now known to be korean) and after an accident, lost both her legs, left arm, and left eye and replaced them with prothstetics of her own design.

Well Karyn's ancestry isn't earth related, since she's from a completely different world and in general I always felt had a somewhat more middle eastern aesthetic. Also her cybernetics are not home made and designed, but fair enough. Was not aware of this character before designing Karyn tho.
