Meyanda, the first villain of Pathfinder's Iron Gods campaign, with some hapless PC in her tummy. Just for fun, I modified her stats to give her a swallow whole attack:

Constructed (Ex) For the purposes of effects targeting
creatures by type (such as a ranger’s favored enemy and bane weapons), Meyanda counts as a humanoid and a construct. She gains a +4 racial bonus on all saving throws against mind-affecting effects, paralysis, poison, and stun effects; she is not subject to fatigue or exhaustion, and is immune to disease, emotion-based effects, fear, and sleep effects. She can never gain morale bonuses.
Emotionless (Ex) Meyanda has problems processing emotions properly and suffers a –4 penalty on Sense Motive checks.
Nanite Surge (Ex) Meyanda’s body is infused with nanites. Once per day as an immediate action, she can cause her nanites to surge, granting a +8 bonus on any one d20 roll; this ability must be activated before the roll is made. When Meyanda uses this power, her circuitry-tattoos glow with light equivalent to that of a torch for 1 round.
Swallow Whole (Ex) Meyanda can swallow creatures of up to medium size. Her stomach can hold one medium creature, two small creatures, eight tiny creatures, or 16 diminutive or fine creatures.

Humanoids with swallow whole as a skill makes roleplaying more interesting.

Oh yeah. There are actually a few perfectly RAW legal ways to give your character swallow whole as is, and I've built a full vore-based party based on those. I've been meaning to do some actual designs for them for a while now.

I know there is a gingerwitch class. I also think certain races get it as well.

IDK about races, but there is a barbarian rage power (Greater Tyrant Totem) that gives it, meaning Skalds and Barbarians can get it, plus Bloodragers if they take Extra Rage Power, and so can any non lawful character who spends four feats to get the Totemic Initiate line of feats. In addition, a high level summoner can get it by giving it to their eidolon, or earlier if they're a synthesist.

As a DM And vore enthusiast, i find this VERY interesting.
might have to add this to a few campaigns
