Ida has eaten the micro female and is shaking her hips around a bit to slosh up the woman and to tease he girl's fiancé. Meanwhile the fiancé is horrified and looking up at Ida who just ate his fiancée. He's fully realising that he's going to follow his fiancée very soon.
This too is a picture from the September 2017 fundraiser and like part 1 then chars had to be naked, which is why Ida is it.

Don't blame them, blame the site itself for having four different tags for the same thing on over half of the tags. dc here just trying to make sure that people find it no matter which of the many tags for the same thing people search.

As Jackson said then it's because there's so many duplicate tags. And I myself have experienced missing something because it was under another tag than I expected. Hence I generally try and be exhaustive in my tagging.

One thing I absolutely love is sadistic preds. One's who get at least as much enjoyment out of what they are doing to their prey, instead of just the physical feeling of it, and reveling in the prey's torment.
In short, you got a damn fine piece out of the fundraiser. Kudos to Saint for drawing it as well.
