Overall Tebo is a goo person that got more intelligent and versatile by absorbing more and more people. Still he can be pretty primal while being hungry or angry. He got some humans to build him a suit, which enables him to access computers or walk into rooms without ruining everything. It also features a speaker which allows listeners to comprehend his speach more easily.
