Anime - magical girl lyrical nanoha

Nanoha decided to take her daughter Vivio out for lunch since she is on break and would like to spend time with her. Vivio asked if she could bring her friend Einhard along which Nanoha said was okay. Once they arrived at the restaurant which was a all you can buffet, the 3 females started to eat. While Nanoha was being normal paced, both Vivio and Einhard were eating a lot because of practice and all the matches they were in made them both really hungry. After a while, all 3 females were satisfied and would leave to go home, however since Vivio and Einhard eat so much, their bellies are very large and don't have the strength to get on their feet and move. Since Nanoha couldn't leave them their and they couldn't walk she would carry them back but they were too big to carry on her arms so she decided to swallow them both into her belly to carry. Once she had done so, Vivio and Einhard got comfortable inside while Nanoha proceeded to get them all home.

Once at home she tried to get the 2 girls out but they were both asleep in her belly so she couldn't get out. deciding not to bother them and the fatigue of carrying them both home, Nanoha decides to lay on her bed and sleep to rest. After a little while unknown to Nanoha for some reason, her body become more busty, (especially her chest and butt / not digestion). Vivio and Einhard woke up while Nanoha was still asleep and tried to wake her up but were unable to since she was fast asleep from the fatigue earlier. Guess Vivio and Einhard will now have to wait for nanoha to wake up before their let out now.
