Tsunade decides to get pregnant to prove that she is still young and fertile. While she does end up showing everyone that she is still in her prime, by flaunting her growing bump, she ends up with more than she bargained for, after finding out that she was carrying triplets, leading to a rather ravenous appetite all the time.

I wanted to draw Tsunade, since like forever, so I decided to actually do it. While it might be a little simple I am glad with how it came out (eh maybe not the hands) I do find it weird that there is not more art of Tsunade out there.
