I thought this was going great in the first sequence as the reptilian physiology of the purple monster and the serpentine design of the naga made swallowing the larger beast reasonably plausible and similar to things we can see in real life, like a stork swallowing a whole live snake even heavier than itself. But the last pred with tiny humanoid mouth and general humanoid anatomy (like a collar bone and enclosed rib cage) came across as totally ridiculous.... but maybe it was intended to just be silly. I imagined that she had a large reptilian head and body shape more like godzilla and only slightly larger than the purple one and then it worked for me.. Thanks for sharing!

Looks to me like the purple monster and the humanoid pred are one in the same, the girl simply transforming from monster to human form.

yup.

Ah, my mistake, that makes much more sense then, change back to your humanoid form after the naga is safely tucked away.

You realize that the basic "gojiroid" body plan has a closed sternum and humanoid collarbone too, right? That's the body that Reghidorah is based on, on the grounds that Wicked wanted something nice and traditionally kaiju.

It wouldn't necessarily have to have a humanoid style skeletal system. Consider the first hundred years of dinosaur paleontology in which scientists which understood anatomy still reconstructed giant theropods like T-Rex, with a pear shaped, tail dragging, fairly anthropomorphic body almost perfectly shaped to fit "a guy in a fanciful dinosaur costume" like the traditional movie Kaiju. So in fact, if these Kaiju were real creatures they could still 'look' like "a guy in a monster costume, but have a more reptilian skeletal system designed to swallow relatively large prey items like theropod dinosaurs can. I can imagine large theropod dinosaurs frequently 'tripoding' their bodies and thus assuming the traditional Kaiju stance to get a better view of their environment like many quadrupeds do, including some very low slung monitor lizards.

If it's possible for reptilian bone structure to take on a humanoid shape, then it's possible for a humanoid to have reptilian bone structure. IE: Regina eating people in either form is equally "realistic".

Even after all that digesting she's still got a bellybed... might as well take a nap and see if she can drag that tummy in the morning. :D

At least she'll be comfy while she waits.
