Daisy ate too much those lats days (and not only cake and Ice cream) so she feel a little bit fatter. But we all know she is absolutely perfect like she is. Isn' it ?

Your coloring and shading are quite good. Your line work shows a marked improvement over your earlier pieces, but it's still a bit uncanny in certain places. Keep practicing, I expect great things from you.

A lot of minor things I can't quite pin down. What really stands out is her legs. The left leg is bent in a really unnatural way and even the right leg is awkwardly positioned in such a way that she couldn't possibly be standing on it. Even if you were trying to convey that she's walking, it's still looks like an unnatural gait.
The other thing that stands out is her head is turned too far around. Makes it look like it was put on backwards. While I was writing this, I wondered if it was because you put a solid line for her chin line. I threw it in PS and tweeked it a little. Leaving a gap in the line was a marked improvement, but her head's still turned a bit too far. You shouldn't be able to see her left ear and should see less of her left check and eye. Also, maybe it's just me, but I find the line at the nape of her neck is unnecessary.
Everything from her shoulders to butt looks fine. Maybe a little odd with her left arm, but I chalk that up to simply a lack of finesse with your inking.
What really stands out to me is the coloring and shading. I'm quite impressed you did it with ink and markers. It really makes the piece pop. I think I might have glossed over it had in not been so eye catching. You should consider asking other artists on this site if you could color some of their line art, I think you could achieve some impressive results.
