UE-0800/The Red Hooded Predator is one of the fairy tale themed UE's. Her primary focus is on hunting and consuming all types of wolves. If it's a wolf, she's going to want to kill or consume it. The Cloak is made from the coats of various wolves, both normal and anthropomorphic. It is an autonomous entity that obeys UE-0800. Her title as Red-hooded refers to the colour her cloak takes, when it's separated from her. Taking on a red wolf form, as it attempts to return to her.
Art is by TheGoodSinner. UE-0800 was the second Unusual Entity to get the Sinner treatment and some updates to her design.

Neat! I can also see what you meant about Red serving a bit of an inspiration for this girl.

Yeah the wolf from that comic was a big inspiration for her cloak design.
