You should check real bodies with more detail. It might be an artistic choice, but real body surfaces are not so squiggly. This is specially noticeable in the lips, which form smooth curves and preserve volume. In your drawing, the upper lip seem mishapen and lose lateral symmetry.

Also, check how the flesh folds in real bodies. Humans are not made of clay, the skin is always under some tension and it tends to fold in many clean curves according to the direction of the bending, and in predictable zones too. The way you made the right wrist crumble looks odd because of this.

It probably would be a good idea to carefully choose where the eyes go before doing all the details on them, because the features shown are really nice but the macro picture could use work.

Perhaps it's an stylistic choice and I'm making an ass of myself, but to me it looks like you have a lot of potential, with just a little more twerking.
