Abilities: Her entire body naturally produces deadly amounts of radiation 24/7, her suit is the only protection for the outside world other than medicine.

Background: When Julia turned 19, to prove she was an adult who could make her own decisions she went to an abandoned nuclear facility with some other 19 year olds. The fooled around for a while till they felt ill. Before being able to leave, they all passed out. When Julia came to, her friends were dead from radiation poisoning but she was somehow alive, though changed. She now needs to live in a special lead proof apartment and wear a special hazmat suit to make sure she doesn't accidentally kill someone.
