Can the micros respawn? Or is the screen supposed to scroll. Cause the screen doesn't scroll for me

micros respawn when you refresh the page. I could add a button to respawn tinies but didn't think to do it. It is not supposed to scroll, but I found writing this test of a game fun so I think I will make a larger game with scrolling in the future.

Added! Now u can 'r' to respawn tinies and 'c' to clear out the tinies.
