Shade thought he had gotten a great deal on this strange and interesting new plant. The old Chinese man who sold it to him said it was unlike any other kind around. At a $1.95 who was he to argue? He may be regretting it now though, after only a few weeks and some questionable feeding sessions the plant seems to have grown out of the wolf's ability to control... Guess Shade was just blinded by the soothing and catchy songs the plant was constantly serenading him with to see the danger.
