I've been really digging on this dragon femme from a few years back. There's just something fun about this design! I've converted them into a living latex sex doll/suit. I made their colors brighter, lips and boobs bigger, and added pool toy handles on their hips and tail.

There's a few ways to do this too. She's basically hollow and she's sort of living latex. There can be vore/unbirthing from pretty much every orifice. Or she can be worn like a suit, controlling people inside her. I also imagine her able to convert others to living latex or force them into bondage suits that control them from a distance.
