There's a reason Lady Verzik Vitur is the most powerful boss in all of Old School Runescape.
Perhaps it's all the hubristic players that earn a one-way ticket into her gut to help round out her very generous figure, feeding her Vampyric thirst in one fell swoop.
One things for sure, when you step into the Theatre of Blood to challenge this particular Vampyre, you'd better make sure you don't end up down her throat.
(With all that thick fat on her, you'd barely make a bulge.)

Had a really big itch to draw this character from Old School Runescape, she's very Ursula inspired and exceptionally chubby in the best places.
Weird thing, not only is this the first NSFW fanart of this character, but I think it's the first fanart of her in general?
