"Thank you all for coming out here this afternoon!"; a short tubby woman said to the enormous crowd before her, "This is the largest crowd we have had so far! There are currently about 50,000 of you here today, hope you all are having as great a time as I am!" The crowd roared in agreement, much to MJ's excitement; "See all these people Gwen? They're all gonna see me kick your ass in this contest!" Gwen rolled her eyes, "well I'm not your only competition", pointing at the big bellied woman next to MJ's left; "with a gut like that, she'll probably kick both our asses."
 
"The Heroes' Hot Dog Hullabaloo will start at 9 so feel free to mingle and have a great time!", the announcer told the crowd before turning to the three women, "You know it's only 5 right? You can hang out and have fun before the contest begins." Gwen got up to go do some activities before feeling MJ's tight grip on her shoulder; "Um where the hell you think you going? You're not about to sneak off, are you?"
 
Gwen smacked her hand away, "No, I just wanted to go and walk around and do some of the-" "Right, I'm TOTALLY gonna believe that" MJ interrupted, her eyes staring daggers at Gwen, "I'm gonna follow you around and keep an eye on you and make sure you don't pussy out or cheat or whatever." "This is a fucking eating contest, it ain't that big a deal Watson", Gwen snapped at her, "I came here to sign up for some free food and a shot at some money, why the hell are you so up your ass about this?" she said before storming off and leaving Mary Jane there with an angry scowl on her face.
 
As she stormed off, an ominous thought crossed her mind: what if there's a villain that decides to attack this festival? She heard Mary Jane shouting for her so she slipped away into the crowd and found a small area away from the festivities to change into her costume, her stomach growling louder before she smacked it; "Shut it! I know you're hungry but just gotta wait a little bit longer!" As she finished changing, she felt like it would be a great idea to give all the attendees a little show so she climbed up onto a tall buliding nearby and swung her way throughout the festival, the crowd roaring with cheers and applause as she gracefully landed on the stage.
 
The announcer awestruck to be so close to Spider-Gwen and handed her her mic. "What's up New York?!" Gwen said to the crowd, erupting into another thunderous round of applause, cheers and whistles; "Surprised to see me? You all didn't ACTUALLY think I wouldn't show up to have a little fun for myself? Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Gwen is feeling HOONGRY today so I'm feeling like winning me a hot dog eating contest, who wants to see that?!"
 
The crowd began chanting "Spider-Gwen", much to her delight, she handed the mic back to the announcer and casually walked off the stage to write her name on the sign-up sheet. As she got done writing her name, she told the registration person that Gwen got sick and had to return home; "that's one problem I'll have to deal with later but oh well" she thought to herself and as she turned to get back on stage, she was nearly toppled over by a flying hug from MJ, completely star-struck and gushing about Spider-Gwen joining the contest.
 
"Ohmygodohmygodohmygodimyourbiggestfan!", MJ began fangirling as she held Spider-Gwen tighter and tighter as she continued rambling and rambling. "OK! I GET IT!" Spider-Gwen shouted, "Can you please let go of me now? We have about an hour and a half until the contest, I'll hang out with you until then; that sound fair?" MJ's eyes lit up with child-like wonder and joy as she took Gwen's hand and led her toward some of the games.
 
"I immediately regret this decision", Gwen thought to herself, her stomach letting out a loud growl, "but least I'll be able to pass the time till the contest." As she was being dragged away by MJ, the last competitor chuckled to herself and walked backstage; "So the lovely and elegant Spider-Gwen graces us with her presence..." she thought to herself as she licked her lips and rubbed her swollen midsection. She spotted one of the workers sitting alone and eating some cotton candy, "hehehe looks like I found the perfect snack to get me warmed up for this contest.
 
She charged at the poor worker with surprising speed and quickly engulfed his head. The poor man didn't understand what was happening as his upper body got sucked into the woman's large gut. His feeble kicks did nothing but help his legs slide even more quickly down the woman's throat and into her belly. As she swallowed his feet with one last gulp, she sat where he sat, her belly not showing any difference in size despite having a full grown man within it save for the occasional lump from his squirming.
 
"BWAAARRUUURRRPPP!!!" she belched loudly as she rubbed her belly with a smile on her face; "Mmmmmm.... I was right, he was the perfect warm-up..." she thought to herself with a sinister smirk on her face, "now I'm ready for the main course...".
