Neil used to be nothing more than a human spirit wandering between the worlds of the dead and the living.

During his life as a spirit, he learned a few abilities that would make his afterlife more interesting. Most notably, the ability to jump between dimensions. He’s always been fascinated with Pokemon, so he jumped to a dimension where they existed to be able to live a dream he once viewed as unattainable.

Once he manifested in the Pokemon dimension, he found himself in a prison cell. He immediately saw its lone occupant, Felicia, a Zangoose who was imprisoned due to committing unspeakable crimes and was on death row. Much to his surprise, she was able to see him. Her sharp glare was focused directly onto him, and didn't seem to want to talk. Curious about the Zangoose, he attempted to communicate with her via telepathy instead, which surprisingly worked as he could understand her inner voice.

One forced conversation later, Neil learned that Felicia mostly desired to escape from the prison. Despite not really wanting to help a criminal, there was that rough backstory she opened up about that made him consider wanting to attempt to reform her. Even though there was a chance she was lying, Neil's humane side wanted to believe that she could change.

So he agreed to help her escape, utilizing his dimension hopping abilities. However in order for Felicia to escape, Neil would need a physical body in order to manifest a physical rift for her to escape through. It was impossible to possess others to help her without being caught, and Neil didn't want to involve innocent Pokemon to forcefully assist a convict as well, so it was decided that Felicia herself would serve as physical vessel for Neil so he’d be able to get her out.

Once Neil entered Felicia's body and possessed it, he quickly searched for a safe hidden location from outside the prison through the barred window. He then focused his spiritual energy through the Zangoose's body and his claw glowed with a cosmic aura. He proceeded to slash at the air and tear open a rift to fast travel to the location he saw, closing the rift immediately upon arrival.

After they were free, Neil attempted to leave Felicia's body, but as it turned out, Neil wasn’t able to because he already channeled too much of his energy through the body just to create that dimensional rift. A process of soul bonding went underway as Neil's soul became bound to the body that once belonged to Felicia alone. Her body soon changed into the form they’ve been using since present day: her red fur and one of her eyes turning silver and her claws turning a darkish blue.

While things were rough at first when they found out that they were stuck with each other, it turned out to be beneficial for the two of them. Felicia inherited Neil’s vocal speech (as she couldn't talk normally before), spiritual powers, and morality while Neil inherited Felicia’s body, Pokemon abilities, and rather corrupted mind. They both came to view this moment as a second chance in life, and got along very well afterwards. Neil decided to don a monocle in order to be able to differentiate better between the two of them since a simple eye color swap would be too hard to notice. And Felicia, now shortening her name to Feli to distance herself from the past, was able to reform somewhat as Neil hoped would happen in the end.

Anyways here's a short list of notable aspects of these cat ferret things:
- Can no longer age physically
- Can split into two separate entities and exist at the same time
- Able to manipulate space to tear open dimensional rifts to travel to other locations
- Knows of the existence of the fourth wall and could possibly break it
- Has the fluffiness of a plush blanket

And a few kinky things:
- Power bottom
- Can change sexes freely without affecting gender identity
- Has three wombs that can be impregnated via vaginal, anal, and oral
- Loves having a big heavy tum to carry around (wow, big surprise am I right)
- If separate and both have occupied tums, if they fuse back into one the singularity carries the combined total of both
- Can walk around with any sized tum regardless of weight (size could still play a factor in mobility though)
- Can orally vore anyone up to three times as large as them. Anal vore is only twice as large. No size limit on unbirthing.
